Not happy

The gov’s electric bike pack developed a fault a couple of weeks ago. Online chat with Swytch suggested a battery fault despite being only 3 years old and probably recharged less than 50 times. We have bought a secondhand new battery and the fault is the same as before. Sounds like the power controller is shot.
I wonder when we draw a line under this and write it all off to experience.
