John Sillett RIP

Before today’s game, 24,000 people applauded the life of John Sillett, former Coventry player and coach when we won the FA Cup in 1987. A very sad loss. I saw him play many times and met him once.

The subsequent game, a 1-2 defeat by West Bromwich Albion, was disappointing. We didn’t play well enough to deserve a draw.
