Tree Light Up

Rain over night melted a lot of the snow, and a couple of showers today.  Some good sunny spells, and clear skies tonight. 

Another day off.  Headed out walkies after breakfast, and popped by Madeline's.  Got the Christmas decorations down from the loft before lunch, and then mam and Laura popped by.  I picked Elise up from school in the afternoon, and we headed down the road.  I managed to get the Christmas tree up this evening, the rest will have to wait for another day.

I planted these pines about 5-6 years ago, and now finally come to a good size for Christmas lights.  Yesterday, me and mam had been discussing it, popped by Laura, and she had the same thought, with the lights out ready, spooky!  We put the lights on yesterday, but had to wait until 5pm tonight for the turn on, as they are battery timed.  They are bright and cheery on a dark road, hopefully cheer up folk passing by.  At the light up back row L-R - Shaun, Sammy, Laura, Elise and Andrew.  At front L-R - Ella, JP, James (Dodge) and mam.  Dodge's live next door to mam.  Taken at the Aith meadows, Cunningsburgh.
