Surgery

Bittersweet day as we had some drastic tree surgery done - 2 overgrown holly trees and a dead rowan removed, and the beautiful cherry tree had to go as only 25% of it was still alive and blooming. The last remaining big tree, a silver birch, was given a good prune.

The garden looks so empty but will we find replacements that suit their situation.
