Fire and ice
A very cold and icy morning after the weekend of snow and storms. I spotted the first sign of this sunrise when I got up so nipped out and took several shots to show not just the glow of the sun but the frosted snow still clinging to the bushes and bird feeders in next doors garden.
Eda’s little snowman was still there at the top of the garden but with an extra coating.
They got home without any problems last night, just snow at the sides of the motorway and no snow at all in Bath.
The estate was a bit tricky when we headed out to sing in Bingley but the main roads were fine. A bit icy near the church where we sing and numbers were a bit thin bur as usual we had a greet sing in preparation for three more events next Sunday in Baildon.
The sun is now shining and the snow gradually disappearing so hope that’s it for a while!
