Quiet work day at home….successfully shovelling email and working through the to do list.
It started very sunny and bright and I was hoping to get out for a walk but didn’t manage it til lunchtime when the wind had already picked up and the clouds were blowing in. The trees were being whipped up as I walked through the park and there weren’t many people around.
Put some beef on to slow cook through the afternoon to make a steak pie for supper, and by the time I collected A from work it was very cold, wet and windy so felt just like the right thing to be on the menu.
A quiet evening in, thinking of what we’ll do this weekend.
