Sparkling beach

It was icy cold today but the sun was just so bright.  'Never shoot into the sun' I was always told. 'Keep the sun behind you'.  Who invented those silly rules?

The sand had that same feel of snow that's not been walked in. It was really quiet and peaceful.  By the end of today there were heavy showers.  I think that's the last of the sun for a few days.  Gales on the way!

My 'broken' camera will have to be sent away for repair, so I used my 'other' one today.  Had forgotten how to use it!  But luckily the broken one (2½ years old) had a 5 year guarantee.  Though I have to pay the postal charges to get it to the repair place.
