Camera malfunction on third consecutive sunny day

I went up to the north coast hoping for big waves.  But they were smaller than the south coast ones yesterday!

My camera failed - I tried 3 batteries and two SD cards but it was dead.  A couple of days ago it failed but worked with a different SD card,  But totally dead today.  I'll have to check if there's anything left on the guarantee. 

So I had to use my mobile but didn't really get the photos I wanted.  I chose this photo because I liked the jagged shadows of the rock on the left, and the way it seems to be reaching out for the curvy waves.

It was all very quiet on the roads and at the beach. Yet the   people I spoke to were all tourists!

But would I rather be at Peppa Pig World?
