Togetherness on Rackwick Beach

Most of us were up for the early ferry to Hoy this morning. We had relatively good weather in Rackwick Bay, but the tide was in so we could not reach the Sandy beach. The rocks were lovely, although Arth and Aggie were very unhappy about scrambling over them. I managed not to fall over which was a miracle!

Here you see Ute and Isla. Isla is a rescue dog from Bosnia. She is very quiet and is happy as long as she can see where Ute is.

The forecast for here is improving, just when the BBC is reporting the impending storm! Apparently planes usually take off whatever the weather, so watch this space.
