Still flowering! Spring flowers in Autumn

Yes, the same flowers. I think they were bought in early 2019  ( could have been 2018!) Oh how I wish I'd bought more. I've certainly got my money's worth. 

Just when I think they're on their last legs they start flowering again. 

What resilience! 

A greyish day but not too cold , no repeat of yesterday mornings unexpected frost.

A quick trip to the Cancer Research shop with more coats & jackets.. The women was delighted as the lot we took in last week were sold on the first day.  M has now 'pruned' his wardrobe of Size XL . They were bought a bit too big originally and now hes a Medium they swamped him. 

On to Channelside for a walk. Felt cross that the council gardeners have drastically pruned a lot of the shrubbery , including some very large pyracantha that were a mass of berries. It would have been a good source of food over winter for the birds. Why didnt they wait till Feb or March!

Went on to Tesco and took advantage of the 25 % in the wine dept. It may last till Christmas!
