UCKFIELD LOCAL TIME

As he recently reminded you, Wilson is the proud inventor of a clock which – without intervention – shows the correct time in both winter and summer, regardless of any Daylight Saving requirements.
However, when the hour changes from winter to summer time, or vice versa, his body clock is seriously disrupted and he grows very tetchy.
One of Wilson's friends in Australia, named 59, recently told him, 'Some states have daylight savings and some don’t. Broken Hill is a small city in the west of our state but goes on its own time as it’s too inconvenient to use the official time.'
He's got it into his head that 59 is a person like 13 in House, or 11 in Stranger Things, but I digress…
Anyway, I fear this may have given Wilson an idea – an idea which can cause nothing but trouble…
