Fungus Hunt

After some dull days, which meant I had no excuse for not getting on with painting the kitchen, today promised some sunshine. So I headed over to Witley Common for a walk, fresh air and perhaps some fungi.

As with my previous visit, the fungi were not plentiful, but I found this clump of what I believe are inkcaps as I walked back to the car, backlit by the late afternoon sun.
