Today we had to pop through to Malton. Richard had managed to remove a top layer of his skin (it is paper thin these days) and so needed advice how to manage the healing. The small hospital at Malton has a walk in minor injuries unit. He was in and out within half an hour.excellent service and interesting to see an iodine gauze applied to stop the dressing sticking to the wound.

I took Jet for a quick walk and spotted this new sculpture. Malton is well known for its racing stables and this really highlights the connection.
