Stretching the legs

Decided on a bike ride this morning. The only downside is the number of layers needed to stay warm. Lots of people out enjoying the sun. Alerted a horse rider to my presence by calling ‘cyclist behind’ was praised by the rider. The horse is less likely to be spooked with the human voice.

Washing sorted and bathroom cleaned. Out with Jet for a walk I spotted this runner as we walked across the field. Felt it represented the numbers out enjoying the sunshine.

Now settling down to watch Strictly.
