Easter Sunday

Time for some Easter baking. It's the first time I have made hot cross buns and I followed a recipe which had fresh apple in it as well as dried fruit, peel and spices. There are slightly fewer left for breakfast tomorrow than planned! Andy needs a special thank you as he carefully piped the crosses on to the buns! We also made Easter biscuits - spicy currant ones and shaped ones. They might last until Tuesday if we restrain ourselves!
