Special Visitor...

No not the Easter Bunny, although Alan's Easter Egg hill had turned into an Easter Egg mountain so perhaps that Bunny has been hopping in and out unnoticed! No, lunch visitors today were Ele and Agnes with a surpise wee addition in the form of 7 year old Hazel, the daughter of Ele's friend Viv who Ele was looking after.

Aga baked potatoes with tuna mayo for Ele and I and egg mayo for Ag, and a healthy salad followed by lots of sweet things Well you have to balance the diet.

The decorators have almost finished in the lounge and can I tell you that I am in raptures with the result so far! You know how you have an image of how you think something will look but the reality never lives up to the expectation? Well I can honestly say that this time the reality exceeds the expectation. I am SO happy with it and SO glad we decided to go ahead after all the humming and hawing!

Can't wait to see it finished and the furniture all back. Also the curtains will be ready in the next week to 10 days so the end of the decorating is in sight. Hoooooray! :)
