I had a long session this morning with a health professional who has done an HTMA (hair analysis) for me. It appears that the Chronic Fatigue I had back in 1997 is still in evidence. Can’t say it has ever occurred to me but it does explain why I’ve often felt exhausted after the shift here from Christchurch. Hopefully his help will lead to energy improvements.

The Govt has done an about turn on allowing Aucklanders leaving Auckland over Christmastime. As well as being double vaccinated, people will also be allowed to produce proof of a negative Covid-19 test. Sense is prevailing - although the cynic in me has questions! But, thankfully, people will be relieved.
