Snow on Soho …

….. ….. overnight. It was forecast but I didn’t really believe it! It was quite a surprise and there’s been more during the day, but only incessant rain down here.

Yes! I finished putting the Composter together. What a saga it turned out to be. I did use up nearly all the screws & nuts, trying to make sense of an incomplete manual. The final straw were 2 longer screws & nuts, which I simply couldn’t get to, well, screw!
I finally rang the firm in Australia and found out that they are Nylex screws and have to be screwed with screw driver & pliers. Phew! It worked. There’s a photo in Extras.

NZ’s mandate system has kicked in today. It’s an absolute shambles.
