Long shadows

It's that time of year when the sun doesn't seem to get very high and shadows are permanently long. Lunchtime walk and this blip is just in front of the playpark near the house. My children loved it here. 
Tonight was my parent support group. Always good and so pleased that we can still smile in spite of how difficult life can be. Eating Disorders are the deadliest mental health condition and I admire all these parents supporting their children. Many are years into their journey. It's 4 years this month since my youngest was admitted to hospital for the 3rd time. I remain hopeful :)
