Copper Bracelet

I first rang the GP surgery and asked to see the consultant about my back problem on the 17th of September. 
I rang the surgery again 2 weeks ago to ask why I had not heard anything and was told the secretary would ring me back, they didn't!

Today the receptionist said the referral had been sent on the 17th of September, yes, I know but that's over 2 months ago now and I still haven't heard anything? please inform the GP that on occasion I have had to borrow my friends crutches because some days I can not weight bear on the right leg at all. I really need some help.

She gave me a Newcastle number and said call this number yourself and see if you can get anywhere. I rang the number This number is invalid check the number and try again I rang the GP surgery back, it rang and rang and rang, then was cut off, I tried 3 more times and gave up. I guess I will have to try again tomorrow.
