Shoulder to shoulder

Ross and Sam - best friends since they were small (see extra of Sam's 6th birthday party) left this morning to visit Jamie in Sheffield before heading back to their own universities on Sunday.  They've have had a bit of a disastrous journey thanks to 2 cancelled trains so I'm hoping  that the 3 friends are now together & beers are underway.

The shoulder news is much more positive than yesterday.  Overnight the pain has halved, and the mobility significantly increased!  I spent the day clearing out the shed and blocking up holes.  (As Thacky thought, there is no evidence of any nesting).  

I'm not exaggerating when I say it felt joyous to be able to stretch my arm high to tackle the cobwebs.  How newly appreciative I am of the rest of me working OK.
