Ready, Steady...

...Go!  Yasheen and Kendall were with me again in class as I launched another Executive Circles cycle within the IESE AMP executive education program.  My aim is to role model rich introductions, demonstrating vulnerability to establish deep connections in small groups that enhances their openness to explore, discover and learn together.

This taken just before kick off ... it's not easy waiting for 35 top executives to come back from a coffee break knowing that you will tell a story that reduces you to a quivering, emotional-filled voice.  But that's the essence of vulnerability...showing yourself fully in circumstances where you doubt it will be well received.
