Castlerigg Dawn

Out before breakfast to pick up a plant for John's wife as a thank you as she has been keeping L company during the day while I've been heading out with the other photographers.

I just had time to visit Castlerigg Stone Circle in the hope of some dawn light.  In the end it never really developed, but the pattern in the sky was interesting.  After breakfast we headed towards the Langdale Valleys, visiting Blea Tarn, Slaters Bridge and Cathedral Quarry.  It was a great send off for John, on his last day running his workshops.  There are a few more extras with some highlights from the day,
