Simply Complicated

I enjoy taking photographs and usually try and find simplicity in an image. My blip photo today was taken this afternoon on a walk around Plymouth's historic Barbican area. There is a sense here of layers of hisory built on top of each other from at least the Elizabethan period to the present day. The complicated mixture of history, commerce, maritime heritage and leisure is what gives the Barbican it's character today.
