A splash of colour on a dull morning

Despite yesterday’s high winds and heavy rain these leaves on the Flowering Cherry tree were still clinging tightly to the branch.

Queens Park has many lovely trees ….. an avenue of Horse Chestnut, a number of Maple trees near the small pond and the Flowering Cherry down by the pig pond.

There are many, many others but those three are my favourites.
