My son Laurence is visiting. We took my Mum out for a trip to Kirkcudbright. It was an eventful journey !!
Driving through the rain and wind….then Laurence who was in the back seat was car sick. :-( … so we had to stop at the side of the road …. when he had recovered enough Mum & him changed seats. He was as white as a sheet .
When we got to Kirkcudbright, we went to a cafe , and Laurence had a sugary drink , his colour then returned. After lunch we visited the amazing Galloway Hoard , the Anglo Saxon treasure found locally in 2014.
The photo is of the design on a silver arm band . They were such clever silver & gold smiths.
