A bridge and some blue

Not the best image of the newest of the Forth Bridges - the Queensferry Crossing - but it is the experience of crossing it. And it was just about the only blue sky we saw during the whole journey from home. The weather was awful most of the way, with rain and strong winds. So our planned scenic wander north was not an option.

We are now in a Premier Inn (of course) near Glenrothes. Tomorrow we are getting a train into Edinburgh - Gordon for Rugby, me for a day in the city . . . on my own!!
