Slow cooking

We have had a slow cooker for a while now and Gordon uses it quite often. I’m not a fan as I like more control over what I’m cooking. However, I don’t do much cooking now and it is obviously a slow cooker is a more efficient way to cook.

Today the chef made a delicious lamb, chickpea and vegetable casserole.
