Dan went to get his booster shot at the VA last weekend. He noticed pumpkins hanging around on a picnic table and asked about them. "Oh you can take them". So here these giant pumpkins sit in the farm house kitchen. Dan has been on a pumpkin pie filling kick lately. He isn't eating sugar or grains due to health reasons (he has amazing will power that I don't have) but he can still cook up a good pumpkin with enough cream and spices and it still tastes good. So lots more to come. ( I don't get to eat his pumpkin creations because I can't eat the dairy.... we are quite the culinary couple).
