Kid Art

I can't say enough about this batch of art work. These are self portraits that the 2nd graders did. Some are humorous, some are cute, some blow my mind. They all are fantastic I think. The art teacher gave them a mirror to look in as they drew. She also helped with the spacing of the eyes, nose and mouth. Once the kids finished they went over their drawing with a sharpie. Then using colored tissue paper they would wet the drawing and place the tissue down and wet it again. Eventually they removed the tissue paper and the color was left.....
