Setting sun

A late afternoon walk with Stanley as the sun was setting. Now the clocks have gone back it is feeling very much that the winter months have arrived and the days are becoming very short. There is the bonus of the low sun and wonderful light on bright days.
Ms S had her Covid booster jab today going to a walk in centre in Wakefield that we found out about from Maggie at Tai Chi. The availability of the booster jab in our area seems to be very limited. My six month period is not up until next Monday, so I will have to wait until next week.
I spent most of the morning taking very items of rubbish to the local refuse site and then cleaning the inside of my car. The garage looks remarkably empty again. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
