Chilly morning

First bit of frost this morning, dry and a stunning pre sunrise sky.
I ran along the commons and then onto the Tarka trail 4 miles out and then retraced to get back home for Auntie.
Cousin H drove down and together we were able to get the Doctor to start looking into Aunties issues.
Auntie has taken it very well and realises she has been feeling “muddled”.
