COP 26

Perhaps a blip we won’t see in 20 years or so. By pure chance (on the first day of COP 26 in Glasgow) I was round at my parents this afternoon emptying their coal bunker. They no longer use their coal fire so I’ve taken their remaining coal to use in our fire. I think the plan is to phase out coal fires over the next few years and perhaps also wood burning stoves. Given that lots of folk I know in the country have wood burning stoves this will be no easy task. But then none of this will be easy.
