Voting Day

At least the sun shone for the voters queuing to add their mark.

No need for us to queue so we headed out for a birthday breakfast with Sue, her sister, and niece. Sue’s choice was a huge slice of lemon meringue pie, it was her birthday after all.

We spent the rest of the day in the garden, enjoying the beautiful weather with a brief interlude to take Shiv on her daily wander.
