Sometimes only beer will do!

It should have been a Monday with all the madness unfolded. Finance overpaid an invoice, by R50k! One of our young people, who was already on a final warning, chose the weekend to have a drunken party at one of our rented properties that quite rightly raised the ire of the neighbours.

Hopefully the refund of the overpayment will arrive tomorrow. But Moses has lost his comfy home, with three months left on his contract before he leaves his employment.

It is really sad as he is a nice young man with a young son, but when alcohol is in the mix, he is a real challenge.

A seat in the late afternoon sunshine with a cold beer was just what I needed.
