First gig in 20 months

Our last gig pre-pandemic was Genesis Invisible Touch on 16th February 2020 20 months ago. Tonight we saw Chil live in Leith. Our friend Jack plays rhythm guitar for the band. He's first left in my blip. Before the gig we met Bruce and Elly for (enormous) burgers in the Lioness of Leith.

Earlier in the day Mr hazelh and I came to the conclusion that we need a change of scenery. It's seems such a long time since our summer holiday, and the Christmas vacation is still several weeks away. We have booked a couple of nights away at the end of next week in a hotel about a 90 minute drive from Edinburgh. Paddy and Caitlin are lending us their car for the trip.
