Was at a black tie awards dinner tonight. Managed to persuade the hotel to give me a room with a bath, which was great. Had checked in and was in the bubbles within 10 minutes! Me and 9 guys, such a hard life and we didn't win but my boss took me for a drink afterwards so feeling a little bit tipsy now! There were 95 tables of 10 so definitely a full room. Got introduced to a lot of people by my boss, in very gracious terms. Feeling appreciated is under valued!
