One step forward ...

The insurers sent a plumber to quote for the work and to get my water back on.
Boiler had two leaks and the back bedroom radiator started leaking so the water went back off.
British Gas came today/yesterday to sort the boiler and I now have heat, but then the kitchen tap started pouring with water under the sink so I had to turn the water back off.
Plumber came tonight to fix the tap but has had to cap the pipes off till tomorrow and now the boiler is making all sorts of noises and I've now switched that off too.
Will I ever get there!! Still not a brick laid
