Don and Paula

After both losing their spouses, Lisa's mother Paula ended up with Don, who had been a lifetime friend. 

Don wanted to do something to mark their relationship, so he planted two mature trees in the side yard of the nursing home where Lisa works.

The two mature trees have been in the ground now for 12-13 years, becoming more mature.

The trees even have name chain tags on their lowest branch.
