Curves

A grey windy day but I was off to a water fitness class and body balance one.  It was great fun jumping around in the warm pool but the body balance was more challenging.  Good to be back doing some exercise.

In the afternoon the rain started and became very heavy and persistent so todays blip needed to be an indoor one.  The bowl of potpourri came to the rescue with a macro shot of this curved dried plant material.  For todays Abstract Thursday with the theme of monochrome.

I forgot to mention yesterday that our grandson kicked a small football for the first time much to the delight of his Dad.  It started by him kicking a small soft toy and then he tried a ball, all on his own initiative.
