Too big for its boots

On yet another medical round spotted this tree - well, you could hardly miss it. Its ginormous 'feet' tapered a fraction into a fat trunk (see extra) that then continued upwards, looking as though it could carry the entire sky on its shoulders. So you see, these medical trips are not all loss.
