Salvia early evening

A lovely sunny day, not too cold and great sunset.

This morning I woke with a headache, had a cup of tea and toast and took some tablets.  K came round for me and we went to help a group of people do a river litter clean up.  Some people went to a point further out in jeeps and some of us walked and started picking up when we reached the seawall. All met up over an hour later, the jeeps loaded with large rubbish and we brought in plenty of black sacks, a huge pile for council to collect left at the farm where we set off from. 
Came home, had some lunch and made a quiche.  Then walked to my friends for our usual Sunday afternoon tea, cake and chat.  Took some more tablets as headache still bothering me.  Apologies for lack of comments
