Fabulous sky

A mainly grey day, not too cold with glimpses of sun.

Woke up feeling back to normal today after feeling tired yesterday.  Rang my friend, had breakfast and went round to K.  Did some gardening, had coffee and talked then walked home for lunch.  Spoke to another friend on the phone, had lunch and then K came round and we went for a walk.

Quite a long walk (18,000 steps) over to a nature reserve by the River Thames. Lots of birds around today, loved watching the great crested grebe, also good to see the heron who was at a distance and then liked the swans,cygnet and gulls (all in extra).  Took photos of goldfinch, starlings, red shank, little grebe to name but a few!
