Out with the old, and in with the new.

We had a texted early this morning, giving us the time the washing machine was going to be delivered. We had enough time for breakfast, and time for J to pull out the old machine ready for them to collect. I was sad to see my old friend going ( see extra) but she had reached the end of her long and reliable service.  Two men delivered the new machine, and they were so kind & helpful. They even gave me a little green teddy. After doing a program without any washing, as per instructions, I did a short wash just to see how it works. I hope this machine will give equally good service as my old one. We went to town this afternoon to collect J's prescription . Curry night, and then Strictly, bliss.
