Not A Golf Course

This is not a particular difficult Fife coastal golf course but the remains of the 1790’s salt pans at St Monan’s. We took ourselves off to Fife to make the most of what was advertised as a sunny day and indeed it was.

We parked in St Monan’s walked to Pittenweem, back to St Monan’s (mandatory coffee and cake) and the onto the outskirts of Elie and back to St Monan’s walking along the coastal path. All in all a cracking day out. The extras are Pittenweem, St Monan’s Kirk and the lunch stop.
