An Lochan Uaine

The Green Loch, in Glenmore Forest Park.
A strenuous walk up to the loch, really tested my stamina. The path started off on a smooth track but as we walked higher into the forest the path became very rocky, full of boulders and tree routes. It was totally worth it though. The loch was beautiful. We had our lunch under a big old tree. We took the easier route down.
Tired legs tonight. Think I might have aching muscles tomorrow.
Had a good meal in the village inn and the dogs behaved very well:)
