Colours

I did a tour of the garden this morning partly to source a blip and partly to find greenery for my Easter basket for church this weekend.

The most noticeable thing was the complete lack of colour. The greenery looked dull and only a few brave bulbs were showing their heads above the remaining snow. Not at all Springlike.

So thinking of starting a new project with the prospect of lighter evenings, even if there is little prospect of better weather, I realised that this is the stage I find most exciting - the bundles of coloured threads or wools.

Not sure which one I will start yet but the anticipation is all part of the pleasure and at last some colour for my blip!
