Staying home day!

No swim today, nice to have a break. So I’ve made 2 Birthday Cards, sorted out a few office bits. And made 3 delicious Shepherds pies. They are just the perfect size for us 2, one has 5/8ths and the other has 3/8ths. With a mixed mash, potatoes and sweet potatoes, full of parsnip and carrots. I was dribbling as I assembled them. So one for tea, and 2 for the freezer for days when I can’t be bothered to cook. It’s a lot of faff, but so worth it. So now 40 mins until our tea one goes into the oven to finish off.
