Unplugged

Mondays always seems to come around quickly, but this one was quicker still due to me being in work on Saturday as well.

I’ve a few decisions to make regarding work at the moment; so time tonight to chat with Mr A to get his wisdom on the subject before I can be 100% about the way forward.

We called over to see the in-laws this afternoon to surprise Mama A with a photo book we’ve made for her; she couldn’t stop smiling, bless her! Money well spent.

We also called to Aldi to buy a heated airer. I’ve seen them advertised before but they always sell out before I get chance to buy one. I saw them on Saturday, but couldn’t fit it in my car! Luckily they still had a couple left today. They get rave reviews and are more cost effective than using the tumble dryer.

The plug is a running joke. I told Mr A the story (when we first met) about buying a new kettle and my ex-husband complained it had a ‘foreign’ plug on it.
It didn’t; it was just the plastic covering. He was a lovely guy but didn’t have a clue when it came to anything techy or DIY.
We always joke about foreign plugs now when we buy anything electrical :-D
