"over the rainbow"

Lunchtime at work....a visit to the vending machine! But not just any old vending machine, o no! This is a temperamental vending machine that decides on the day whether or not it will give you your choice of treat or purposely cause it to get stuck on the way down to the collection bin, robbing you of both your food and your money! :(

Today however, success! But only after a few seconds of disappointment when I thought they had gotten stuck! I have not had skittles in goodness knows how long - its definitely been at least 3 years ago, long before the braces went on! And you know what - they still taste amazing!! :)

This afternoon at work involved a mini photo-shoot at the riverside with Ian from photography. I needed a photo of myself for something happening next week so rather than take a dull point and shoot image of me, I decided to get a professional onboard! Walking along a very breezy riverfront was refreshing but challenging to try and avoid the dreaded windswept look! But Ian did a great job! It's not often I will tell a photographer that I like a photo of me, so he should feel honoured! The photo that made the final cut might get blipped next week once it has served its purpose elsewhere!

Drove to Arbroath for the very first time tonight! An experience and a half to say the least! But both me and my passengers all survived the journey in one piece so safe to say it was a successful first venture on Scottish dual carriageways! :)
